Strategic Plan
The ethos of 天美传媒 College is centred on the individual. Each student at the college deserves the very best. The aim of this strategic plan is to cultivate the conditions to ensure that each student is able to reach their potential and progress to the next stage of their lives prepared for the challenges ahead.
At the time of producing the Strategic Plan, the College is in a strong position. Over the last 5 years, we have seen several developments including the establishment of Stamford Park Trust, changes in structure and leadership and becoming officially Ofsted Outstanding in 2020. The Strategic Plan identifies the opportunities and challenges ahead, before laying out what we hope to achieve over the next three years and what we want to 鈥榣ook like鈥� in 2026.
