Course Description

This course is a mixture of theory and practical, which allows the students to understand key elements related to Fitness, Sports Performance, Anatomy and Physiology and Careers in sport. There is a real focus of exploring your sporting interests and career pathways through the coursework. The practical element of the course will explore a wide range of sports and some you have not played at school. As you move through the course there is a natural transition to student led learning from teacher led learning so that you promote your independence within learning.
